There were three gas stations in cities across Braxton County selling regular gas at the lowest price of $2.79 per gallon in the week ending Nov. 16, according to customer reports submitted to GasBuddy.com.
The average reported cost of regular gas in cities within Braxton County was $2.81 per gallon.
Of the 14 reported gas stations in cities within Braxton County, six offer regular gas.
The average reported price of regular gas in West Virginia was $2.98, compared to $2.95 the week before.
Gas prices in the U.S. have fluctuated greatly in recent times and many drivers are feeling the pain at the pump.
