FOIA Request to Clay County Sheriff’s Office regarding new recruits application form on July 29, 2025.

The WV Heartland News has submitted a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request to the Clay County Sheriff’s Office. The request, sent on July 29, 2025, seeks access to a PDF copy of the application form used for recruits and applicants. This request is made under the West Virginia Freedom of Information Act, §29-B-1-1 et seq., with a preference for receiving the information in electronic format.
