On Tuesday, March 4, former Lewis County High School standouts Faith Heater and Makenzie Gregory’s current college team, the Davis & Elkins Senators, lost 7-2 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Bridgeport Purple Knights.
The game took place at USSSA Space Coast Complex. This was their first matchup against the Purple Knights this season.
The Senators’ next game is scheduled for Wednesday, March 5 at 2:30 p.m. at USSSA Space Coast Complex against Saginaw Valley State Cardinals.
