On Sunday, March 9, former Lewis County High School standout Emily Cole’s current college team, the Marshall Thundering Herd, won 5-0 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Valparaiso Beacons.

The game took place at Dot Hicks Field. This was their second matchup against the Beacons this season.

The Thundering Herd’s next game is scheduled for Tuesday, March 11 at 5 p.m. at Dot Hicks Field against Liberty Lady Flames.
