Open to All Picnic scheduled for October 16 at Ritter Park

The 2022 Open to All Picnic, hosted by the Mayor’s Diversity Advisory Committee and the Mayor’s LGBTQ Advisory Committee, will be from 1-4 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 16, at the Ritter Park Picnic Shelter.

Members of the Open to All campaign are invited to set up booths in the open area adjacent to the shelter. We welcome vendors, exhibitors and community service/social organizations to participate. There is no charge to set up a booth. However, vendors are responsible for bringing their own tables, tents and chairs.

Please email opentoall@huntingtonwv.gov to secure your vendor spot. Please include a contact name and phone number.

We also would like to thank our sponsors for this year's picnic - Kindred Communications, Marshall University, the Huntington Regional Chamber of Commerce, the Southwestern District Labor Council and Huntington City Council members DuRon Jackson, Holly Smith Mount, Sarah Walling, Tia Rumbaugh, Mike Shockley, Bob Bailey and Pat Jones.
