On Sunday, March 16, former Roane County High School standout Mahailey Nicholson’s current college team, the Concord Mountain Lions, won 3-2 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the West Virginia State Yellow Jackets.

The game took place at Lady Jackets Field. This was their first matchup against the Yellow Jackets this season.

The Mountain Lions’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, March 16 at 2 p.m. at Lady Jackets Field against West Virginia State Yellow Jackets.
