On Tuesday, March 18, former Lewis County High School standout Grant Mealey’s current college team, the Davis & Elkins Senators, lost 7-4 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the West Virginia Tech Golden Bears.

The game took place at Linda K. Epling Stadium. This was their second matchup against the Golden Bears this season.

The Senators’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 22 at 1 p.m. at Kovalick Field against West Liberty Hilltoppers.
